I Majored in Film Studies and Arts at York University and Film Production at RCC Institute of technology. After interning for famed production companies like Manifesto, TheField Inc, later I went on to work within the Corporate world at 180 Smoke, Freshii and more.
I balanced my day job with personal creative work, like fine art (clay molding, painting, drawing), cinematography, video creation and photography, where I was later Nominated for Best Video Direction at the Toronto Film School Festival of Films 2015 and Awarded the David Maltby Photography Award 2016. During these years to present I made it to a point I gained the opportunity to freelance providing videography and photography services for various established brands, Music Video Artists, Local Business and Individuals looking to build a visual identity for them selves. This allowed me to work on other cool projects, from emerging brands to current events.
It is true that the best artworks ignite a special kind of emotion from our audience. As an Artist, I truly testify to that saying and I strongly believe that you don't need the most recent gears or technology to tell an amazing story. Yet alone, a great idea goes a long way with blowing away your audience. My creative approach—no matter the medium—is to find points of tension behind the idea I’ve been assigned or interested in.
Ultimately, it’s about creating memorable visual memoir.
